Tell us what you need - Give us a call and let us direct you to where you need to be and the best treatment that suits you - 03-972-5300 OR
Book for an initial consultation - Use our booking link, choose a location, click select, then choose from the 4 services provided. Is it your first consultation? click the tab 1st Appointment CMT and select your consultation, day and time.
Fill in the appropriate forms - Once you have made your booking you will be sent a client information sheet and our authorisation, terms & conditions forms. Fill these out online (If you don't have access to a computer, you will need need to contact us).
Arrive on time for your consultation - Be considerate to others.
Follow up & continued care - We highly recommend regularity and commitment for best results. Our loyalty rewards may be an option for you.
For all our current clients - Please use our booking link, choose a location, click select, the choose from the 4 services provided, for you click the tab Everyday Neuromuscular CMT and select your consultation, day and time.
Our loyalty rewards clients - Use the tabs on our booking page Lifestyle Executive CMT or Wellness Premium CMT. If you would like to sign up for our loyalty rewards and want to book first and pay on arrival, that is fine, use the same tabs mentioned Lifestyle Executive CMT or Wellness Premium CMT and select your consultation, day and time.
