Fascia is a matrix of extra-cellular tissue that is found throughout the bodies soft tissue regions including tendons, ligaments, bursae, and all the tissue in and around the muscles. It gives us freedom of movement, flexibility and referred to as the structural principle known as tensegrity.
The Science
Massage has been used for centuries to improve health. It promotes dopamine for motor function, motivation & emotions. It increases serotonin that regulates our cardiovascular & endocrine system, memory, mood, and sleep & massage stimulates our lymphatic system that collects & filters our muscles.

Classically the focus is to identify & locate trigger points in muscle. We use static pressure and contract/relax movements to isolate the muscle, different from deep tissue. ATP is our 'energy system' & the fastest way to provide energy to working muscles. Neuromuscular maximises and restores this action potential.
