Our clinic offers an initial comprehensive health assessment on arrival. Neuromuscular reprogramming, trigger point therapy, myofascial release are just some of the preventive techniques we provide. We use active isolated stretching for joint & muscle mobility. 

Accurate and functional analysis are crucial for effective treatment. Orthopaedic testing and other range of motion techniques may be used for analysis with a detailed client history during intital consultations.

In cases where you are under care of other practitioners & ACC model, our clinic offers careplans & southern cross benefits. We may need to provide details of treatment and provide taping services for active recovery and take home exercises and stretching for maximum recovery.
